How do I uninstall Internet Explorer 7 from Windows Vista?

I recently bought a new pc with both IE 7 and Windows Vista Basic installed on it. I want to take off IE 7 and replace it with IE 6. However, there is NO uninstall in "start" "Settings" Control panel" "add/remove programs". Is there ANYTHING I can get off the internet to uninstall it? I've asked everywhere and yet to get a response. Thank you so much!
