How can you make the icons on the vista desktop smaller?

I know you can right click on the desktop, but I want them smaller than that.

The only way you can reduce the size of the icons is:

Right-click the desktop, choose View, and choose between "Classic icons", "Medium icons" and "Large icons" (the default is medium).
