I cannot even realize the importance of having a back-up of my files aside from having a second copy of it on a removable material on a pc.But I think it's much better to be secured because there really is a possibility of a system crash.So please help me.I suppose it can be done through the "BACKUP AND RESTORE CENTER" on the welcome center of Vista.What I really want to know is the PROCESS of this back-up thing.
